Project 2.7

Well I have been asking around for a while now and no one will take the spot. Sorry guys I tried its not happening.

Okay so we have fallen into a hole that seems pretty hard to get out of and now the great, amazing leader Mo Mo1357(yes im humble like that :P ) will help you get back on your feet. So, I will be starting project 2.7. In this project, we will be having a whole new set of leaders(yes coolster you will still be leader) that have never been in CPW before that I will elect. It’s pretty much just a rebuilding project. I will stay as advisor and help when needed butmy plan is to get some leaders that will keep the army alive. I don’t know who the leaders will be yet but I will find some. we will have a total of three. I will also try and get armys to sponsor this project so we can have some publicity and maybe some more troops. Coolster you may now comment on how much you hate this idea. Thank you for reading,

~Mo Mo1357

  2. Dude, I was just inactive for 2 days and you fired me? Wow. I was waiting for Sub to comment on the active count.

    • I never fired you. If you read the part were it says “yes coolster you will still be leader” Then that will awnser your question. I’m just trying to find good leaders that will help CPW in the long run by keeping us active. But your still leader

      • But you have taken the power that I am meant to have. You are now what I previously called the “chairman of CPW”. However, that shall not be the case-I am taking back my rank as you have no authority to demote me.

      • lol coolster first time iv’e seen u like tis since saltyjoe :wary:

      • Coolster please reread the post. It says im ADVISOR not leader. if you don’t want my help then thats fine I can just sit here and watch you slowly die while I laugh and say I told you so. Or I can help you. Which do you want?

  3. i wanna help revive lol i’ve been forgotten! XD

  4. i said i would help revive CPW coolster! you have just let retired troops take over and i may retire my self yet Hmm dunno. and Mocho removed me from the site!

  5. kk but if my laptop gets banned? thats the most likely reason or to much school home-work but i will try my best but if i rush my Homework my mum fucks up and bans my laptop. Also, Coolster, do you not know that Riotors (teh devil) is a hacker and dox’s small armies for fun?

    • Okay, first Pesty —————————————————————————————————————————————————–unauthorised access to computer material, punishable by 6 months’ imprisonment or a fine “not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale” (currently £5000);
      unauthorised access with intent to commit or facilitate commission of further offences, punishable by 6 months/maximum fine on summary conviction or 5 years/fine on indictment;
      unauthorised modification of computer material, subject to the same sentences as section 2 offences.
      §§2–3 are intended to deter the more serious criminals from using a computer to assist in the commission of a criminal offence or from impairing or hindering access to data stored in a computer. The basic offence is to attempt or achieve access to a computer or the data it stores, by inducing a computer to perform any function with intent to secure access. Hackers that program their computers to search through password permutations are therefore liable, even though all their attempts to log on are rejected by the target computer. The only precondition to liability is that the hacker should be aware that the access attempted is unauthorized. Thus, using another person’s username or identifier (ID) and password without proper authority to access data or a program, or to alter, delete, copy or move a program or data, or simply to output a program or data to a screen or printer, or to impersonate that other person using e-mail, online chat, web or other services, constitute the offence. Even if the initial access is authorized, subsequent exploration, if there is a hierarchy of privileges in the system, may lead to entry to parts of the system for which the requisite privileges are lacking and the offence will be committed. But looking over a user’s shoulder or using sophisticated electronic equipment to monitor the electromagnetic radiation emitted by VDUs (“electronic eavesdropping”) is outside the scope of this offence.
      The §§2–3 offences are aggravated offences, requiring a specific intent to commit another offence (for these purposes, the other offences are to be arrestable, and so include all the major common law and statutory offences of fraud and dishonesty). So a hacker who obtains access to a system intending to transfer money or shares, intends to commit theft, or to obtain confidential information for blackmail or extortion. Thus, the §1 offence is committed as soon as the unauthorized access is attempted, and the §2 offence overtakes liability as soon as specific access is made for the criminal purpose. The §3 offence is specifically aimed at those who write and circulate a computer virus (see Simon Vallor) or worm, whether on a LAN or across networks. Similarly, using phishing techniques or a Trojan horse to obtain identity data or to acquire any other data from an unauthorized source, or modifying the operating system files or some aspect of the computer’s functions to interfere with its operation or prevent access to any data, including the destruction of files, or deliberately generating code to cause a complete system malfunction, are all criminal “modifications”. In 2004 John Thornley pleaded guilty to four offences under §3, having mounted an attack on a rival site, and introduced a Trojan horse to bring it down on several occasions, but it is recognized that the wording of the offence should be clarified to confirm that all forms of denial of service attack are included.[citation needed] Also > This message is addressed to those who wish to hack (misuse their computer to cause harm) against Atlantic Penguin and other Quantum Media Studios service’s.
      It is against the Computer Misuse Act of 1990 found documented here – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computer_Misuse_Act_1990
      to misuse your computer to cause harm.
      Doing so to any of our services will mean us taking further action against you by reporting you to your broadband provider and your local authorities.
      Hackers deem CPPS slang for Club Penguin Private Servers as illegal, and in most cases its argued they are, however what is forgotten is that personal information is stored and therefore it is a breach of the above act if hacking activity occurs.
      Their is no reason for these groups to cause harm to club penguin private servers, it is pure jealousy and sadness, if your not those things, prove us wrong and don’t hack.
      If it comes to such cases we are even prepared to employ security firms to track your online activity.
      We plee that you do not do this against us as the consequences will be upon you, this isnt a threat just a notice of our reaction if you do decide to do such unlawful actions.
      Atlantic Penguin is ready to close upon a cease and desist, we respect the law, and If Disney declare this service as a breach of copyright we will willingly close.
